I use a fifty fifty mix of Layers Pellets and Mixed Corn, just a personal choice.

Layers Mash is simply a powdered version of Layers, so would be more suitable for Point of Lay Chickens, ex-Battery Hens 'just come out' or a poorly hen who may be finding digestion difficult.

If feeding vegetable left overs and peelings, they are better cooked, in fact the Chickens don't usually eat them raw (unless it's straight off the Vegetable Patch of course!!).

Grit is used for hardening up the egg shells and can also be obtained from Titmuss, I use dried and roasted egg shells out of the Rayburn and crushing them up - this is an old tried and tested method and the chickens will come to no harm.

I have received good feedback from a few people who have dealt through Titmuss and all have been very satisied with the service and speed of delivery.
