Right Click anywhere on the Poster picture and (depending on your PC operating system), 'save image as' or 'save picture as' etc. Save into your Pictures folder and print off. The picture should fit fairly nicely onto an A4 size paper and shouldn't need re-sizing.

Right click anywhere on the Poster picture and copy. Then paste onto whatever programme you want.
