Useful Features:Irregular Heart Beat (IHB) The IHB indicator will monitor your condition more closely. If you see the heart symbol on the display after a measurement was completed, then an irregular heartbeat was detected. This feature helps eliminate the frustrating "error" messages that are normally shown on other oscillometric BP monitors when an irregular heartbeat occurs. (Note: This is for warning purposes only. A&D recommends contacting a physician if the patient sees this indicator frequently) New e-Cuff for Easy Fastening and Comfortable Measurement A newly developed semi-hard shell cuff (called e-cuff) is provided with the UA-787. This cuff enables faster fastening than a regular soft cuff, simply by putting a half shell on the upper arm and flipping the cuff end over to complete fastening. As the D shaped ring is eliminated, much less discomfort is promised. Large 3-line Display for Clear Reading Easy to read 3-line display shows all the readings (systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate) simultaneously. Helps prevent mistakes when reading the results. Leading Edge Fuzzy Logic Accuracy Less discomfort for patients, because less time is needed for a measurement. Suitable inflation and deflation can be set for faster and more accurate measurement. One-touch Measurement Just pressing the START button completes all the steps, resulting in fewer mistakes. 30-Memory Function with Time and Date Track vital signs data for almost a month (one measurement per day). Data: date/time, systolic/diastolic pressures, pulse rate & irreguzlar beat indicator. Improved inflation pump The UA-787 gives you faster measurement cycling time (inflation — measurement — exhaust). In some cases, measurement cycling is approximately half of a conventional upper arm unit. Clock Display with Reminder Alarm Current time is displayed when the unit is not in use. Helpful for letting patients know when it is time for the next measurement. (Under normal circumstances, this product will be despatched within 2 days of order and payment)
