The Chicken or Poultry House is the most important part of your Chicken set up. It's where they lay and where they sleep - the better they sleep, the better they are, the better they lay - simple!!

Depending on the size of your Garden, there are many options' for the smaller garde, a Ark or Eglu and the larger garden a Coop with Run.

Beside being a dry and cosy place, security is the most important thing, so make regular inspections of both your Chicken House (loose slats, tunnels etc.) and Run. There is more information on this in the Chicken Fencing Page and Chickens and Foxes (links opposite).
