What is the seating in the helicopter? In our Hughes 500 RC Heliccopters (like the helicopter from Magnum P.I) it is all window seating. There are two passengers in the front with the pilot and two passengers in the back.

I must admit that I like to watch these type of programs, too. Some would find that strange for a female. But, having been a girl scout myself, the interest in all those natural survival skills has not deminished over the years, infact it seems far more important to me now as I get older. And I do agree with your sentiment; `Lets hope we are never forced to need some of these techniques, but knowledge of them can`t do us any harm’.

A very inspirational site; has given me loads of good information about downshifting. Not an easy lifestyle to achieve and maintain. I would take my hat off to you, but don`t wear one as a female, lol. Wishing you a happy life and successful continuation of your site.

Hi like the website but was gutted to see you use Microsoft Windows would you like to try Linux, it encompasses ideas like FREE as in FREEDOM and think it would appeal to you and your readers. I can supply free (as in cost) ones for you to try if you like.

Love this site and would really like to sign up, contribute, chat, annoy someone maybe, BUT - I can’t sign in!! All is well until I arrive at the “Confirm Code” arae. I have tried about 10 times but I am always told I have entered it incorrectly. Now, I have be having senior moments laft and right but surely I’d get it right once? Any trick to sorting this one out??

I have really enjoyed this series, especially his visits to Totnes, Todmorden and Bournville. If only there was more TV like this, interesting, informative and nice and slowly paced.

That’s pretty sad, though it did actually have me tittering away here!
And the reason I’m online at the moment - just ordered hubby’s birthday present in a relaxed fashion at the computer. I thnk there would have been very little choice in the nearest town, and probably the price would have been dearer and I’d have had to pay to get there either by car, bus or train. Free delivery on my internet purchase.
