this is Malcolm, he`s my new chum, found him wandering around outside work this morning, somethings had a go at him as half of his tail is missing

at least a fox will kill and take the bodies away to eat them, badgers just seem to kill for fun and leave all the bits all over the place

my boss had 6 little bantams in a little run at his house, over the weekend a badger/badgers had smashed their way into the coop and killed 5 of the chooks

two of the atlas caterpillars have started to turn into cocoons today

oh dear sending you some hopefully things will take a turn for the better soon

Jay only lost 4 lbs, he had lost more than that in first 4 weeks but put it back on again, oops !

I`m going gym 5 nights a week and eating horrid boring tasting food but it`s getting the results I want, when I`m at my goal I`ll cut down on the gym a bit and maybe eat some naughty food once in a while
