One Stop is a convenience store a bit like Spar. My eldest son is a manager of one near here and my other son's girlfriend is shift manager at another one! They are open 6-11 every day... they are even open Xmas day 10-2 but the staff are rewarded quite well and it is done on a voluntary basis
