I thought it was when I saw the original post, but took ages to find picture of mature cockeral. Just hope I'm not too late, 'cause if I'm right he could be quite rare. yike*

Chances are they were there long before the chickens! We have mice around our place. I found a nest in the log store just last week. I don't mind them as I know that if you have mice then it is highly unlikely you have rats - as they eat them. Ours are chocolate brown and rather cute. But as I worry...

I have found pictures of a Golden Duckwing Welsummer Male. I think this is your breed. I have a female and your cockeral does remind me of her at that age.
