Lizard eggs

Post by Trev62 »

When digging out the last of the potatoes today I unearthed a clutch of small white things that looked like small bird eggs. Anyway I opened a couple and they were yellow inside (presumably the yolk). I have never seen these before so a bit of research and it would seem they are lizard eggs, so I have reburied them.

Always something new to discover )t'

Crocodiles.
50 yrs ago we were replacing the damp course by taking out a few bricks at a time and found a newt (or maybe lizard?) Showed it to our young daughter who stepped back fearfully "is it a crocodile?"
