Cuckoo!

I heard my first Cuckoo today ... )c(

How reliable is that..? May 1st. and as the rhyme goes :-

The Cuckoo arrives in April.
It sings it's song in May,
It changes it's tune in the Month of June,
And July it flies away.... :-D

I havn't heard a cuckoo for years lucky you, and what does it change its tune to?

It would be good if others hear one, to know how far north they get confused>

I have heard one up here but not for a long time, wonder if I will hear a spanish cuckoo senorita {rofwl}

if not will be down for a long weekend when I get back.......save one for me!

I don't think I have heard one yet this year. I have heard a robin though. :-D
