Thanks, I'll take the camera to the nest this evening and get a photo, assuming the mother has not moved them. We're supposed to get rain this evening, so I need to close up the loft and snug down the entire barn.

Well, she moved the kits, but there are a certain number of deep nests in the loft which are empty so I'm sure I will find them soon.

Good restraint there, Steve!

Found them yesterday near the barn door in a patch of sunflowers. She had them under a burdock plant at the base of one:

I received a scratch for my troubles, I have been warned! They are a week old, hard to see them with mum defensive.
