Clever little Blue Tit

Just got back from the orange & black DIY store and charmed to see a blue tit just inside from the open doors to the outside garden section. She was pecking at the birdfood packs. After she flew away we investigated to find she had been trying to get into the peanuts.
my fingers slipped and I accidently made a hole in the plastic. Oh dear , what a shame.

It's best to take the netting off peeps., nuts too, was on spring/autumnwatch.

They are the most intelligent resourceful little birds and I am seeing a few back in the garden again recently . My favourites are the long tailed tits , they always seem to know when cake is on the menu and come along to the party in a big gang.
