A likkle Newty Lizard in the Veg Patch

Post by Richard »

I saw some last year darting around, seemingly living under an upside down solid pallet.

I was doing a bit of trowel work around the Broad Beans and he / she refused to move, so I gently picked it up, got the weeds up and gently put him back. I always have the camera with me (thank goodness).

Gwen..

Big Ron would only like it if it were fried in deep batter (and there were about two dozen of them)

Lucky you. They look like common lizards. We used to get them when we lived in Hampshire. Great stuff
