Animal poo - any experts?

Post by Mo »

There is a pile of cherry stones in my garden, like a large poo, about 5" long.
I got out my book on Mammals...tracks, trails & signs but there were loads of pictures of footprints & bones, not poo.

I'm surpised there were that many cherries left - the birds got most of the ones I left (it was a waste of time picking them as they didn't ripen.

Any guesses?

Fox or badger?
Take a photo?

Sounds like a weird thing to do, but it is one way to identify visitors lol

You could also try a google search, type in fox poo or badger poo and then click the image tab. Loads of various styles there hehe

BTW not a poo expert :)
