Smews at Dungeness

They're late, just arrived three days ago apparently.
I think this is the first photo taken of them all together.

The white / black is the male and the two behind it are females (the other two in the photo are Shovelers, just getting in the way as usual) :-D

They only show up in winter and in the South of England, just very small numbers so although not rare, they seldom seen.
