My son is a falconer, and when younger he worked with a posh falconry/breeding centre and did displays. He once lost an eagle at a fayre in Bellingham, just over the border - and had to carry on with the display then go hunting for his eagle. He said he found her (well there were other words in there besides "her".... like "the rotten wee sod") sat on top of a bus shelter looking down at a queue of interested people, inc some teenage girls. Michael said he tried everything to get that bloody bird back down to earth but she wasnt for moving - eventually came down after the bus left and took her audience away. :-D He hates eagles now lolol
