Our first honey

We have had our first honey from our hive, and it is absolutely delicious, light and fragrant, fantastic with fruit and yoghurt. We got three jars which we decanted into smaller ones so we could give some to our very genrous neighbours. They were thrilled. Very pleased as we have only had the hive a short time. Have now had to get a bigger one and it has better insulation.
