august planting?

Hello all,

This is the first year I have actually managed to achieve the veg patch at the bottom of the garden.

I have a wonderful lot of potatoes and winter veg but am at a bit of a loss as to know what to plant next.

What at this time of year can be sewn straight into the ground and what can i think about sewing for over winter growth?
