Local garden centre have some decent plants at the moment(before they forget to water them and they die) this really annoys me such a waste, if I buy some now can I plant them out or is it too early?

There are still frosts forcast so can be risky unless the plants have been well hardend off .If you have somwhere frost free to put them at night if frost is forcast and harden them off outside for a few days before planting out could be ok .If planted out fleece over them on a frosty night will protect them to a degree.I have cabbage, caulie and sprouts out and peas at the moment but frost free up to now .Sad how these garden centres do neglect plants think Aldies and Liddles the worst |
