Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do with 55lb of crabapples. I,ve tried giving some away but no-one in my area is interested in taking any off my hands :? Was a different matter with the damsons though lol.

Crab Apples

I make batches of crab apple and rosemary jelly. Absolutely delicious with roast lamb, with cold meats etc. Will dig out the recipe and post it on the web for you and anyone else who's interested. The jelly keeps very well - I have a box full of jars in my loft from last year's bumper harvest!! Get cooking!
