Christmas Pudding

Post by AnnaB »

Chris has been watching too many adverts on TV. He said last night he wanted to make a Christmas pudding - go ahead then...
He made 6 small ones today and they are really looking good. The only thing he was moaning about was that he didn't have the silver 3d pieces to put into them!

He can't even put one and a half pence in there now either!

Tell him to put a fiver in each and I'll buy them off him at £1.50 each.

Sounds fair to me.

I was moaning on another thread, or maybe another forum, that all the history had disappeared from our pockets.
As a child I could have 100 years and 5 (6 if I was lucky) monarchs, in small change; even after decimalisation we had some of the old coins, but now they've changed the lot.
