I made Buckwheat noodles with prawns, peas and mushrooms in Chili and Thai sweet basil sauce.

It was very nice and only took twenty minutes to knock up. )c+

A Royal Navy dish consiting of a piece of toast topped with a slice of ham (preferably out of a can) which in turn is topped with a cheese, english mustard and beaten egg mix and then grilled until bubbling and golden. you them plonk a fried egg (I had mine poached) onthe top. Give it a go, it is one of the all time Naval favourites, if you are a veggie than you could have a cheesey eggy topsides.
