Snap Linda, we are having practically the same, pork is some eft over from Christmas day that we sliced and froze.

We're having tapas for dinner tonight :-D I'm making...

* prawns in garlic
* calamari with garlic majo and lemon
* chicken with rosemary and garlic
* Spanish tortilla
* patatas bravas (tatties in spicy tomato sauce)
* chorizo done in red wine

chicken risotto and deciding whether to nip out for a bottle of vino but its so wet and cold ......I have a bottle of sparkly left from xmas that might just do :-D

Ellie, paua is a New Zealand seafood and the shell is a gorgeous tealy/greeny colour.
