Tonight it's tuna steaks done in foil parcels with a bit of butter/S&P/lemon and herbs, with roast veggies - squash, peppers, red onions, mushrooms and a bit of garlic Bev x

1, Fresh tiger prawns shallow fried in olive oil with black pepper, chile and garlic. 2, Mini roasted tatties with garlic and chorizo. 3, Slithers of rump steak with shropshire blue cheese melted over. 4, Water cress salad with anchovie, caper and extra virgin olive oil dressing. All washed washed down with warm crusty bread and a couple of bottles of Faustino V rioja. [center]Relax, I could have been a twin.[/center]
