Yummy Bevs bolly..... I got sweet and sour chicken with pasta i think and hubby is having a cumberland cottage pie. )t'

I've just taken 1.5lb of mince out to defrost.
I'll have a rummage round to see what's in the cupboards but it's likely to be Cottage Pie, Bolognese or Chilli unless I get some inspiration!

Tonight it's tuna steaks done in foil parcels with a bit of butter/S&P/lemon and herbs, with roast veggies - squash, peppers, red onions, mushrooms and a bit of garlic )eat(

Jalopeno cheese popper to start with a cold light beer.

A rum and Raisin sponge with a honey chocolate sauce to finish.

In between?


I'm thinking a quick chilli with corn chips and cheese.

Tonight we've had beef and vegetables in ale casserole with a thinly sliced potato topping :-D

Tapas for us this evening, all cooked by yours truely. )c+ :-D
1, Fresh tiger prawns shallow fried in olive oil with black pepper, chile and garlic.
2, Mini roasted tatties with garlic and chorizo.
3, Slithers of rump steak with shropshire blue cheese melted over.
4, Water cress salad with anchovie, caper and extra virgin olive oil dressing.
All washed washed down with warm crusty bread and a couple of bottles of Faustino V rioja.
