There is a health food shop near us which sells home brew/wine equipment. The owner has loads of tips and a trip there often takes over an hour! I like to know I'm supporting an independant trader.

Perhaps you might find something similar near to you in Yellow Pages.
Good luck, Effie

I'm very lucky to have a wonderful shop near me in Burford called Hops and Vine. Very helpful and do mail order. They have a great receipe for Elderberry and Blackberry wine which I'm gonna try this year. )t'

Sounds like the sort of stuff you could ask for on freecycle. There might be people who have got some that they are not using.
