Cholesterol and Lovely Eggs

I love my eggs from the girls,they are delicious ,but i am wondering if my my cholesterol will rise as a result of eating 10 a week? I have normal ch at the last count,but this was before I got the babes last October.I would welcome comments.

As far as I am aware eggs aren't an issue because of the type of cholesterol they contain. It's the hard fat in stuff like bacon or hydrogenated fats in processed rubbish that cause the problem. If you are fine now then you should remain fine.

It's a relief isn't it? Would have to wean myself off them otherwise. I'm told also that the level of omegas (good fatty acids) in them increases as they free range, as with the meat too.

The media report (there is a link to it, in the article) appears to contradict itself and the main article, on how many (medium) eggs an individual can consume.
I do not know about anybody elses, but my cluckies would probably be ashamed if they laid anything less than 80g.
Not a definate answer to the problem of possible cholesterol, but never the less interesting about feeding Bonemeal.
