Well I got my toosh in gear as well LBF ...paneer pressed
now just decide what's for tea tomorrow...
I've also got butter to do tomorrow (the milk we picked up this evening is just sat outside in the barn settling)...I'm starting to get a bit of a stock pile now....20 litres produces enough cream (with cream still running through the milk as well) to make a kilo of butter...we use maybe 1/2 that during the course of a week so enough to use one freeze one...which means next week who knows
