Well I got my toosh in gear as well LBF ...paneer pressed

I've also got butter to do tomorrow (the milk we picked up this evening is just sat outside in the barn settling)...I'm starting to get a bit of a stock pile now....20 litres produces enough cream (with cream still running through the milk as well) to make a kilo of butter...we use maybe 1/2 that during the course of a week so enough to use one freeze one...which means next week who knows :-D

Hey Manda, your paneer looks spot on. Let us know what you end making with it. I like sag paneer, with the paneer deep fried so it is golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
