With regards to the tin or can, do you open the whole top off like a tin can?

I definitely think Al should do a tour to make us all a pizza oven, much the same as Sunny and Titchy )t' :-D

My dad does this regularly in a BBQ - the kind that has a lid. It's always delicious!
