Banana Pancakes for breakfast

Made pancakes for all the family this morning using our sourdough as the base. A mixture of sourdough, golden syrup, butter, an egg and bicarb of soda, makes a really light, sweet pancake. Delicious with bananas, pineapple and yogurt.

Yum! We had sourdough pancakes this morning as well - with leftover rhubarb crumble!
