Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)
Re: Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)Nice bit of fresh crusty bread is it to dip in, think I might try that next week. Hubby has said he likes it.
Re: Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)have bought 3 little camembert from Mr T this morning so will be getting the bread and trying it out tomorrow lunchtime.
Re: Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)It's also nice (if you like cheese with something sweet) if after you put the garlic and thyme in cheese (cut a lit in the top), drizzle it with a couple of tablespoons of honey.

Re: Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)I quite like it with a sprig of rosemary popped in before cooking
(really, it's cheese, I quite like it any which way!) "Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder..." Thoreau.
Re: Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)Daughte has just done the little camemberts in microwave and we have had them with mediterranian bread, (they had fresh asparagus as well but I don`t like that). I am now a convert to camembert cheese, it was delicious.
a bit but still about cheese, just been to the market and bought some feta cheese from a stall there, homemade. Oh gosh, such a different taste to the supermarket shop stuff, just so very nice. think I feel a greek salad coming on for dinner tomorrow night.
Re: Baked Camembert - in the microwave :-)Oh yum yum about your idea of baking it in the bread cob Pepi
Of course it's fine to have it for dinner Froggy I love it with thyme or rosemary, they both work well don't they. Helen, I put my piece of Camembert into a bowl as the box had metal things in it. Yay we've got another Cam-Fan with Mr & MrsBoods Bev x
