I love Brie, but am less keen on Camembert. I think that Brie is milder and less "aggressive". My advice would be to keep it simple. Having a less strong flavour you wouldn't want to overwhelm it. I like the sound of the suggestions you've had so far. In fact, I'm shopping later today and . . .
