Re: Courgette Flowersa nice tempura batter and fried (I think that HFW did that) is good but you can just break them up and use them in salads; the key is to not cook them too long because they are delicate.

I would advise using them if they are full of ants, as the ants have a tendency to carry everthing else off your plate while you eating, leaving you feeling hungry and confused... .... Dont ever grow up, its a trap
