I bought a electric one, dead easy, bit of yoghurt left from the previous batch, dessert spoon milk powder and UHT milk bung it all in turn it on, no need to heat milk or owt, 8 hours later yoghurt, really cheap, so I have my morning cereal sloshed with it. )t'
