I need to make some vodka jellies but one of my friends in a veggie so I need to make them suitable for her... any ideas?

Well, do you have any of Nigella;s books? She has a recipe for G&t jelly, which I am sure you could adapt with orange juice and veggie gelatine. Or buy veggie jelly and add vodka

Or, just vodka {rofwl}
