Made this twice now. The latest one I added 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder. It was DELICIOUS! It is even better cold from the fridge. Coconut hater son, loves it too. It's so easy and tasty. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Thanks Manda!

WOW )t' Made this for the first time today. Absolutely delicious, even hubbie liked it and he's not really a pudding person. Never made anything so quick and easy before :-D

Has anyone tried lemon juice instead of vanilla? My mum came today and had a piece of 'magic pie' which she loved but wondered whether to try it with lemon!
