Would you fancy ......Would you fancy ......bread made to last 60 days?

Re: Would you fancy ......Actually, microwaved preservation might be better than frozen for the same time period - domestic freezers are not always cold enough or fluctuate and can allow deterioration resulting in food wastage (thus throwing out). Tinned goods and dried foods are on shelves for much longer yet no-one has any qualms about their edibility or safety, so think it is just one more method worth looking at.
Re: Would you fancy ......No. I make my own from flour, yeast salt and water, ten ingredients less than a lot of commercial bread and always fresh, though not often the same.
But each to their own. Because my memory is not brilliant......http://debrazzaman.blogspot.com/
Re: Would you fancy ......No I personally wouldn't BUT if it would stop people wasting food in the way happens now then I's be all for it...............for them
