As long as the eggs are fresh and the plastic bottle really clean.

It gives me ideas to try with Grandchildren. They would enjoy that.

Handy! I use the traditional method and would rather take a bit of extra time than have yet another thing to wash out. But my partner has never got the hang of the traditional method, so this will be very useful for him!
