time to start thinking about elder flower champagne

It won't be long till the elder flower is at its best. Time to think about getting brewing.I have saved some yeast from the bottom of the home brew beer we made recently and pan to use this to get the elder flower champagne going.

Did you start it going Michael? This is something that I haven't made before so am interested in your eventual result.
