Dinner tonight

Have been reading one of the frugal living diaries this morning and got really inspired - so I decided to make spur-of-the-moment invention for dinner tonight, just using random stuff from the fridge and cupboard

There's an interesting looking pan of brightly coloured and unusual smelling 'stuff' on the hob - enough for a couple of nights for the two of us...don't know if that's a good or a bad thing yet I'm hpping it will be as nice as some of those delicious sounding meals on the diary sound
