Now Eldest Is Baking A Marrow Cake

Post by Totally Scrambled »

Now she's found a recipe for courgette/marrow, carrot orange cake and has just popped it in the oven.
If it doesn't kill me I'll let you know what it's like.
Only another 4 hundred weight of courgettes/marrows to use up and they're still coming yike*

I remember staggering down the church aisle under the weight of one of Grandad's marrows for Harvest Festival.
