So tea is sorted tomorrow night ...
A 4.4lb Salmon

The Salmon is now in the fridge curing and we'll hot smoke it ...may hot smoke the trout too we'll wait and see

Although we had a change of plan...we had the trout hot smoked and the Salmon is in the cold smoker now.
