The bottom one is Banitsa (pronounced BAH-nit-sa) a traditional Bulgarian pastry eaten at any meal.

The pastry is prepared by layering a mixture of whisked eggs and pieces of white cheese between filo pastry and then baking it in an oven.

It is often eaten for breakfast with plain yogurt and can be eaten hot or cold.

There many versions of it and everyone has their own recipe, a popular one is made with spinach but I much prefer this one with white cheese.
