What are things coming to?

We do have some flour our daughter gave us so will have to try sour dough bread. I find in Thailand it is difficult to stop it rising too fast but probably not going to have the same problem here :-D

Not here either, Fab - I have to put mine on the woodburner to prove!
Had just learned how to make bread when all these shortages started. Probably a good thing for my waistline.

I've found it easier to get flour in the small local shops & farm shops than the big supermarkets.
