Supermarket prices....

Had a look at price of raspberries and gooseberries - unbelievable!
Raspberries nearly £9 per kilo and gooseberries £6.50. I bet they didn't pay the grower any where near this.

Hi ged
Talking about cheese......did you see the current Indian cooking programme on BBC2? They made an India cheese the other week and if you go to the Beeb website you can get the recipe. I've yet to try it but it looks good and you don't need a press.
I go to Earlswood to get my cheese and I get it in bulk so don't pay supermarket prices.

Tesco's price for melon £1
Sainsburys' £1.49

But Sainsburys had a marvellous offer BOGOF
Now who can eat 2 melons? How many will be wasted? (I gave one away.
