Ged, when I was married to Leo's Mum we went to Florence a lot (she's from there).
They sell Tripe on the streets like we used to sell roasted Chestnuts.

I used to walk a wide radius detour of them - made me gag as soon as I caught the whiff!!!

But, will try that site for Mustard ideas.

Does mixing it into a paste count?? I buy mustard and horseradish powders from a local spice factory, their range of things is unbelievable.
