Cats fur balls

Post by AnnaB »

I saw an advertisement recently for a carpet cleaner mop made from micro fibre.

At times the cat has fur balls (usually on the lounge carpet). I have tried various methods to remove the stain with little success.

The latest lump had been removed and the area dried.
I used a micro fibre cloth with some cold water on it, rubbed it hard both ways of the pile, it has removed the stain completely.

My cats do that on the carpet too.. must be an in built thing to annoy their owners! Sounds perfect! I'll get one!

Need one of those too, daisy prefers to deliver them on the bed, mmmm fluffy cats ey?
Thank you for that, I once used catalax which you give to the cat to shift fur balls, I ended up with bright red fur balls which stained every thing, permanently.

Sounds good - why must they avoid depositing them on hard surfaces at all costs :?
I have had some success with brushing the cats to remove loose fur (mind you mine are short haired)
