It's always been my opinion that if you can't take on board the bad feed back as well as the positive then don't ask the question - that applies from an individual to a multi national Company.
It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .

Ialso think you have done the right thing Bev and by telling them why you have left they have no excuse to let things go on has they have.
Roman sounds like hes worth his weight in gold, we are lucky with our vet too and when you get a good one you stick with him imo :-D Lindaxx

Don't feel bad. When you move from one vet practice to another - even when staying with a really good individual vet, the new practice will request history from the old one. If you were to change doctors the history would be requested by your new doctor, its just the same for our pets.

Our practice always contacts any clients leaving us to determine why they are leaving - majority of times its due to cheaper services elsewherre.
