Post by Richard »

Luckily I have spare Laptops etc. and googled the fix.

If your bloomin Cat walks over the keyboard and suddenly your screen goes like this, the solution is..

CTRL, ALT then arrow key (left / right / up or down)

On my keyboard it's

ALTGR then arrow keys as above.

Richard, always here to help :-D :-D

I think if Richard kicked the cat twice it would be too much.
Just the once was enough.

Luckily it was Ginger and not Big Ron, there's no fix for a flattened keyboard. Plus of course he'd have probably eaten it as well.

I would have just turned the screen round and kept it there with sticky tape.
Then CTRL, ALT, and DELETED the cat. )t' )grin2(

Ah, I've got one of those too. A joy to own, aren't they? }hairout{

Reading things like this always makes me happy we decided to get Cats' Protection ferals and keep them 2 1/2 miles away at our stables - where they can be as numb-nutted as they like without smashing my home up or slaughtering any neighbour kids.
