Bear baiting and Royal Canin

Following a thread on here last year by Wendy, today's Express has revealed that a company linked to them has sponsored a fight with dogs and a tethered bear in the Ukraine
This is common practice and people bet on them!
I did not know that RC own Mars ,Pedigree chum,Whiskas and Kitecat foods.I use all these brands and am now ashamed. What are your thoughts?

I didnt know that RC owned all those other brands like you and we have and do use them.

I think if we dig deep enough into any big company there will be things that go on that we dont like, not saying it is right in this case, or any case for that matter, but it would be a huge task to get to the honest truth and I doubt very much that any one of us would manage to do it, tbh. I think Proctor & Gamble use animals to test their goods on and they have a huge range of products under different brand names including lots of wash powder/gel etc.

I dont know what the answer is, but I dont think you need to feel ashamed for having used their products.
