Chips and horror film nature bonus

Called in to our new local chippy last night before a scary yike*

film at local cinema.
On way out saw several Little Egrets roosting on a small tree besides the river Teifi.
Driving home at 11pm we sat and watched a Tawny Owl for 10 mins on a fence by the river Cych. We were amazed the owl stayed so long as we were 15ft away with the car headlights on with the engine running.
The best thing about nature is its free and completely unpredictable.

What a lovely story. Glad you enjoyed watching the owl, nothing better than watching nature imho, especially with a bag of chips too. )t'
